Hi guys today i have created this blood cells flow effect in unreal engine 4.25 Niagara. so for this effect i have a tube/nerve which have a blood material on it then i have a camera that moving into that tube and i animated camera manually in sequencer . after that i have a spline in view port and my cell particles moving along that spline. for that spline effect i have created a custom module script for Niagara. i will show your that spline process from scratch in this video .
